I highly recommend East Vancouver automotive! My 2004 Lexus needed a new HID headlight. Had previously taken it to another mechanic shop who said they could fix it which took 3 hours before they let me know they couldn’t do the light let alone how to put the original HID headlight back in correctly. Took my car into East Vancouver automotive and had the repairs done in the same day only took approximately 10-15 minutes. Ray and Luke had impeccable customer service, and Luke had attention to detail, was fast, fair and affordable. 5 Stars
East Vancouver automotive with its high level of professionalism, impeccable customer service, and attention to detail, is by far the best shop I have ever had the pleasure of trusting my vehicle with. I brought my jeep in for a possible issue with the transmission, and the individuals working on my vehicle suspected the same thing, however upon further inspection they determined it was the transfer case. The employees are very knowledgeable in their profession and were transparent about my vehicle and were able to cut my cost significantly by determining I did not require a transmission. In addition they also offer a discount for veterans and active duty members with ID. I would definitely recommend.
Very impressed with the professionalism and integrity shown at this shop! I have never had a negative encounter with them, they always work hard to be honest and up front about costs and they are willing to concede if there is something that is not working in the best condition, but can wait a bit of time to be fixed (for reasons like not being able to afford the repair right away). I highly recommend without reservation for any of your mechanical needs
I had an excursion that had several issues, they were very friendly and (I have to say this, they were also very patient with me) I was in a rough spot at the time and became one of those rude customers after finding out more things was wrong with the truck and more $ was needed. But they handled it very well and were very honest with me, showed me in person what was wrong and what/how it needed to be fixed. After seeing the amount of work they’ve done, I felt bad for my attitude but very glad I brought the truck in their shop. They were nice enough to knock for a few hours of labor for me, I went right back to them for more repairs recently. They’re truly awesome generous understanding group of mechanics working together to serve the community :) highly recommend this place for auto repairs.

I just bought a 2009 hyndai elantra and ehile cleaning it out next door i a cidently locked the keys in the car they were able to get it open without a scrstch however an alarm went off and it would not start in this case you're sippose to put key in driver door and turn it so many times but i didnt have the original key again they knew how to get it fixed within 2 min and i was on my way to get the correct key made anyway i wasnt even a customer and they went above and beyond for me thank you guys
