Scheduled weeks ahead because I knew I would have one business day to get my car prepped for a road trip. Followed request to show up as close to 8 a.m. as possible. Car was ready by 4:30. No major work needed, but I left with confidence my little 4-cylinder hybrid could make it thousands of miles. Plus Ray gave me a list of work that WILL be needed so I can plan ahead for later in the year. Super friendly, respectful service to me and the older and younger people in the office around the same time.

Fantastic shop! Friendly and honest employees and mechanics. My family takes 4 different vehicles here and we are always well taken care of. Good prices too. Been customers for over 15 years.

My son is now learning how to repair his own car but got stuck once he knew it was time to take it to East Vancouver Automotive (which came highly recommended by our neighbor). From the moment we walked in the customer Service of front (Ray) counter was welcoming. We were able to leave the car early AM and pick up by closing. Ray was able to let us know what the issue was and help get it resolved. He addressed my son and was very transparent on encouraging him to continue to tinker on his car when he can but smart to bring it to someone more knowledgeable. The cost was very reasonable. Their communication and honestly is exceptionally valued especially as a first time car owner (my son) and a single mom listening to the whole conversation. We will definitely be returning as a matter of fact the same day we picked up my sons car we were able to leave his grandfathers fishing truck and immediately asked " Id there a time frame you need the truck back by?" I felt that was significantly important to value the customers needs. Although there was not he still gave us an approximate ETA but would stay in communication once diagnostic was completed. This place is very professional and cares about the customers.

I highly recommend East Vancouver automotive for car repair, talk about a repair shop you can trust! They went over and beyond in repairing my sons car. I really appreciated how dedicated they were to solving the problem and all the communication during the repair. They spent hours and hours on his car but yet didn’t charge me for anything extra. I still can’t believe it! I will be a customer for life.

I’m very pleased with east Vancouver auto. They have addressed several issues with different vehicles and have communicated in a quick professional manner. They show a win win attitude and it’s obvious why they are busy. Because they are trusted.
